What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Service Representative?- Placing orders with suppliers over the phone, email, or online platforms
- Providing credit card payments to suppliers
- Verifying order confirmations and following up with the supplier to confirm information accuracy
- Communicating with customers via email
- Providing different documents to suppliers when needed (tax exemption certificates, permits
- for purchase, etc.)
- Answering inbound calls from suppliers and customers
- Handling different types of escalations (canceled orders, wrong deliveries, incorrect prices/quantities of ordered items)
- Providing new credit card details to suppliers
- Creating customer accounts with suppliers
- Basic computer navigation skills and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Analytical thinking
- Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good soft skills (professional communication and active listening)
This position requires you to independently have access to the following during all working hours:
- High Speed Internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to your internet service provider modem with an ethernet cable, WIFI is not acceptable
- Private, dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
- If all above requirements are met, the necessary equipment will be provided
